New Plan for the Las Olas Riverfront

Owners of the Las Olas Riverfront complex on the New River in Fort lauderdale, have changed their plans drastically from a proposal it submitted last summer. The new plan calls for the same amount of retail and entertainment, but just one condo building 33 stories tall with 253 condos. Added to the plan are a 22-story hotel with conference facilities, and a 19-story office tower. (Contact Chris for more information on this project 954-290-5467).
